The general terms and conditions of sale determine the commercial relations that may exist between the photographer Hawoodrose and the customers of this website, whether for the sale of photo shoot services or for the articles available on this site.

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the general terms and conditions stated on this page and expressly declares that they accept them without reservation.

The basic language in the legal relations between Hawoodrose and the customers of the website is French and English. The consumer declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into these general terms and conditions.

All information is presented in French and English, and any differences in translation that would give another meaning or that would affect or could affect the purpose of the words or phrases would be null and void.

1.2 PERSONAL DATA

2.1 PAYMENT

• For private individuals, payment is made in advance by bank transfer.

• For companies, payment is made by invoice via bank transfer.

2.2 RATES

• The prices in this catalogue are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts. Swiss VAT is not applicable. VAT may be applied depending on the country where the item will be delivered.

• The displayed rates may evolve at any time. The displayed rates are a basis. It is recommended to request a personalized quote from the photographer to obtain a more precise amount, as each project is different. Email :

3 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE | PHOTOSHOOTING

3.1 RATES

• The number of photos noted in the signed quote corresponds to the number of photos delivered in the end.
• Other unretouched shots are not provided to the client for free but can be ordered retouched or not, for an additional fee.

• For photo shoots requiring travel, a supplement will be requested for the trip. The price of the trip is to be calculated as follows: 1 CHF per kilometer from Geneva. I do not travel for photo shoots outside of Switzerland at the moment.

3.2 DELIVERY OF PHOTOS

• After the photo shoot, the client will receive a series of photos within 3 to 4 weeks, from which they will have to choose the number corresponding to the signed quote.

• Additional photos can be ordered at this time or later, and various rates will be proposed by email.

• Unretouched photos are not provided to the client but can be ordered for an additional fee.

• After the retouches have been made, the client will receive a link by email, which will contain the photo folders.

• Two folders will be provided to the client: one for publishing the images on social networks and one in high definition for making prints.

• Photos are always sent to the client in digital format.

3.3 PHOTO RETOUCHES

Additional photos as well as more advanced retouches can also be ordered later for an additional fee.

3.4 IMAGE RIGHTS AND USE OF PHOTOS

Each sale of a photo will be accompanied by a license specifying the chosen photos, which must be signed by the photographer and the client. The license will explain all the rights related to the photos and can be modified within certain limits. Please contact me by email for details on the license.

4.1 Availability

Our commitment to delivery is void in the event of a failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines by our own suppliers, and to the extent that this unavailability is not attributable to Hawoodrose. In the event of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

4.2 Payment terms

Payment methods: payment by bank transfer.

4.3 Delivery and transport

The dispatch of available items is carried out by carrier within approximately 5 to 8 days. A participation on your part is requested only once per order.

PLEASE NOTE: Hawoodrose does not deliver its packages to post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to a minor or a person under guardianship.

4.4 Return or exchange of goods

The items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with the labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery note, within 7 days after receipt of your package. The return shipping costs are your responsibility. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs for your new order are offered.

4.5 Legal guarantees

Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude obvious defects in material and workmanship, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies affecting the delivered goods in order to allow us to remedy them.

5 APPLICABLE LAW

In the event of a dispute, the current GTCs at the time of purchase are used as the legal basis. These GTCs are governed by Swiss law.
